It is why we produce our mezcal following a holistic cycle “From seed to sip”. The Amarás philosophy stems from a love for our roots, from caring consciously for the earth, for our environment, and for the people who make each drop of mezcal possible.
Amarás Reposado grants you entrance to the world of mezcal with its smooth and mellow notes. Handcrafted using the same fine agave Espadín, only this time, it's matured in our barrels carved from 2 different types of Oak. During this process, it shades into an elegant, light-tanned and natural amber tone, after being left for a minimum of 3 months to adjust itself into our beloved Amarás Reposado.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: A graceful hint of warm - recently cooked wood and agave.
- Palate: Soft and smooth taste, with light notes of vanilla and roasted hazelnut.
- Finish: Persistent and warmth with a subtle length.
